Your MoMo transaction ID is your Wi-Fi voucher code. Enter it at login.

Tip: Screenshot your MoMo confirmation SMS before logging in. The transaction ID is case-sensitive.

Choose “Send Money” and enter the Bugzifi payment number.

Type the price of your chosen package and confirm the transaction.

Your Airtel transaction ID is your Wi-Fi login code. Enter it at the portal.

Tip: Keep your Airtel confirmation message. If you make a mistake entering the code, WhatsApp us and we will assist you.

Turn on Wi-Fi on your device, select BUGZIFI CONNECT from the available networks, open a browser, enter your voucher or transaction ID, and tap Login. You'll be online instantly.

Double check your code is entered correctly — it is case-sensitive. Remove any spaces. If it still fails, WhatsApp us on 0752 203 351 with your transaction ID and we'll resolve it immediately.
